RETURN POLICY

You may return a product purchased through this site completely free of charge and within a period of 14 days from the date you received your order.

We do not make product changes, so if you are not satisfied with the product, you must return the item received and make a new purchase.

To proceed with your return, please fill in this form.

Once we have processed your request, we will collect the product from the address you provide. Our Customer Service will credit your invoice and refund your order in full after checking that the product has been received in the same condition in which it was sent and that it contains all the elements of the original packaging.

Kador will process the refund within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the return and will send you a confirmation e-mail once the refund has been processed.

All refunds will be made using the original method of payment.

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Delivery of the parcel to a collection point
a) Place all products with tags attached inside the original box (or an equally sturdy one) and remember to use the return label you find inside the box on the parcel.
b) Check the addresses of the collection points nearest to you available at this link.
c) Go to the collection point to deliver the parcel.
d) You will automatically receive your refund using the payment method you used, within 15 days from the date of arrival of the shipment at the warehouse.

2. Pick up at home
a) Fill in the online return form. At the same time as the refund request, a pick-up with our courier will be booked, on the date requested in the form. The request must be made within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
b) Place all products with tags attached inside the original box (or an equally sturdy one).
Remember to use the return label inside the box, so we can easily identify your return and issue a refund.
