SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Each shipment is free of charge and is made via our partner SDA to ensure that it reaches you as quickly as possible.
All our packages are carefully prepared to avoid damage during the journey.
It is important to check the condition of the package before accepting delivery and you have the right to refuse it if it does not arrive in good condition.
We handle and ship our orders during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment within our business hours.

ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCT DELIVERY
The Order shall be processed within the terms specified in the Order Confirmation by Kador. In this regard, the delivery of the goods to the SDA courier shall be deemed to be the time of actual shipment. In the case of an Order relating to a single Product, the delivery terms shall be the same as those indicated for the same Product. In the case of an Order relating to more than one Product, unless otherwise indicated, the Order itself shall be processed in a single solution according to the delivery terms of the Product with the longest terms. If anomalies are found on the Products delivered that were determined during transport (damage, breakage, deterioration and the like), the Customer shall notify the Seller within 5 working days of receipt of the goods, providing suitable photographic documentation to prove said anomalies at email@example.com. If delivery is made by a forwarding agent chosen by the Customer, the Seller shall not be liable for any anomalies of the goods determined during transport. The Products sold shall be delivered by courier to the Customer or to a person appointed by the Customer at the place indicated by the latter in the Order Form, on the definitive delivery date and time communicated by the Seller and/or the courier in an informal manner.Any delivery date provided for in the Order Form is only indicative. By way of example, Orders are generally dispatched on the following day (Monday to Friday) upon receipt of payment and delivery shall take place on average within 3 days for Italy, within 5 days for the Italian islands and some small fractions. In the event of absence of the Customer or his representative at the time and place agreed for delivery, or in the event of unjustified refusal to deliver, the Seller shall be released from its obligation by depositing the Products in its own and/or the courier's warehouses and notifying the Customer, also by e-mail to the addresses indicated in the Order Form. In all these cases, collection of the Products is at the expense of the Customer. Delivery costs shall be borne by Kador.
