With your glasses you will receive: one box, one case, a cleaning cloth and a guarantee.
Our glasses are designed and manufactured with the highest quality materials, but they are still an object that must be treated with some care to ensure its durability.
Cleaning Tips: The glasses come with a cleaning cloth that you can use to clean them frequently. You can also use a fine cotton cloth which will absorb the grease and prevent scratches. Never use rough materials -- like a paper towel -- because it has a certain degree of abrasiveness. If necessary, you can wash them with water and a drop of very mild soap, rinse them well and dry them with the same cloth. Never use alcohol, strong cleaners or solvents. Avoid leaving them in places where they may be exposed to high temperatures, such as inside a car in the sun.
Unfortunately it is not possible to know if a certain product will be restocked. We recommend contacting us at the address: shop@kador.it or contacting the nearest shop to request availability.

You can only purchase our sunglasses collection through this website, the complete eyewear collection is also available at the authorized opticians closest to you by accessing our Store Locator.

Selected items may be out of stock or you may select an item from our eyewear collection that is not available for online sale. Optical frames are available only from authorized opticians. You can find the optician closest to you by accessing our Store Locator.
Yes, we are constantly updating and renovating the photos on our website so what you see is the same you will receive. However, there may be small differences which do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.
Once the purchase has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From now on, our Logistics and Customer Service department will take care of everything. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us by email at shop@kador.it
Yes, but you must do it as soon as possible and only if you have not yet received the email informing you that the parcel has left our premises. To modify or cancel your order, you must send an email to our Customer Service shop@kador.it
Once you have received the confirmation email that your order has left our office, you will not be able to make any changes or cancellations. In this case it is necessary to wait to receive the shipment and begin the return process.
It is not possible to reserve an item to purchase it in the future. For this kind of need, we recommend that you contact the nearest store directly, which you can find using our Store Locator
RETURNS INFORMATION
You may return a product purchased via this site completely free of charge and within a period of 14 days from the date you received the order.
Once we have received your return, our Customer Service will proceed to credit your invoice and issue a full refund for your order after verifying that the product has been received in the same condition in which it was sent and that it contains all the elements of the original packaging.
We will process the refund within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the return and will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been made.
All refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
a) Place all products with tags attached inside the original box (or an equally sturdy one) and remember to use the return label you find inside the box on the parcel.
b) Consult the addresses of the collection points nearest to you available at thislink.
c) Go to the collection point for delivery of the parcel.
d) You will automatically receive a refund on the payment method used, within 15 days from the date of arrival of the shipment at the warehouse.
