Well-known and appreciated designer in the sector, with over forty years of experience, creator of many internationally successful glasses for the most prestigious fashion brands. For some years now, he has dedicated his research exclusively to Kador, family company.
We draw inspiration from past fashions by revisiting them in a modern key, combining unique design with precious materials, thus recreating in eyewear our fashion concept that combines functionality with refined aesthetic concepts rich in detail. Our aim is to create a unique accessory that emphasises the wearer's unique personality.
It all starts with an idea: a new shape, an interplay of perspective and dimension, the perfect harmony of lines and curves that are sketched in the first step of a long journey to transform a concept into a new pair of glasses. These initial designs evolve to include technical details and determine the exact proportions and dimensions in order to achieve a frame with a winning design and maximum wearing comfort.
Industrialization
Based on these primary sketches, the designs move from paper to the screen where we recreate a three-dimensional model and: colours, materials, facets and relief effects become more and more realistic.
The prototyping phase involves several preparatory tests including colour matching and continuous technical adjustments in order to obtain perfect eyewear in terms of aesthetics and functionality. Once the final design is obtained, a real prototype is reproduced: an unreleased piece that together with others will open the door to an entire new collection.
